01. Art Ownership

The artist have full rights for the commission work. It is prohibited to claim finished artwork as your own.

02. Social Media

You may post finished artwork to social media account(s), but you must give proper credit.

03. References

You must provide image references for character, poses, accessorizes, background, etc.

04. Watermark

Do not remove watermark from the artist's work.

05. custom work

All art commissions are created uniquely for each client based on their requests and preferences.

06. revisions

3 big revisions is the maximum. Each additional big revisions is $10 each, while each small revisions is $0.

07. Turnaround Time

Delivery times will will be done within 1-2 weeks. No rush commissions (at least 1 week in advance).

08. Payments

Payment method: 100% or 50% of approved concept art & 50% of finished product.Pricing does not include additional fees.

09. File Delivery

Final designs will be delivered in high-quality formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, or other requested formats). Editable files can be provided upon request.Request for physical copy is for locals only.

10. Purpose for the Illustration

Designs are for personal use only.For business purposes is an $30 additional cost.Redistribution, resale, or modification of the commission without permission is not allowed.

11. Decline requests

I have the right to decline any order for any reason.

12. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of the artist's work, refunds are generally not offered once the design process has started. However, the artist is committed to work with the client for the best results.
